At the heart of the transformation was the installation of a lush, resilient lawn using RTF Tall Fescue turf, supplied by Anco Turf. Known for its self-repairing ability and drought tolerance, RTF Tall Fescue was an ideal choice, offering both durability and year-round greenery with minimal maintenance.

To build a healthy foundation for the turf and planting areas, premium soil and bark mulch were sourced from The Soil Yard. The soil provided essential nutrients and structure for plant growth, while the mulch offered both aesthetic appeal and practical benefits such as moisture retention and weed suppression. These elements were carefully laid out to support the variety of plantings that followed.

Defining the garden beds and pathways, steel edging and garden bed frames from Straight Curve Garden Edging were installed. These sleek, modern edges helped create crisp lines between lawn, pathways, and planting zones, giving the garden a clean, organized look while ensuring long-term durability.

To keep everything well-watered and thriving, a Rainbird Irrigation system was installed, supplied by Ultimate Pumps and Irrigation. This smart system was designed to deliver efficient, targeted watering across different zones, adapting to the specific needs of the turf, garden beds, and newly planted trees.

The planting phase included the installation of six new trees, strategically placed to provide shade, structure, and long-term growth potential. In addition to the trees, a mix of shrubs, grasses, and flowering plants were thoughtfully arranged throughout the landscape to bring color, texture, and seasonal interest. Together, these components formed a vibrant, sustainable garden space that will continue to evolve beautifully over time.
